Chow believes in being good stewards of the environment. That is why we partnered with Ecosprout, a vertical farming technology company owned by veterans. They offer the tools, materials, growing packs, and support to make vertical farming easy and scalable for everyone.

F4V is a veteran owned farm helping other veterans through the restorative power of food and agriculture. F4V provides a positive and sustaining impact on the lives of veterans and military families, offering a fresh start toward achieving greater well-being and renewed purpose.

Logistics Support.

Curbside Kitchen works with food trucks to provide customers with an unrivaled culinary experience. Curbside Kitchen will manage, schedule, and market food trucks on a recurring basis. Their technology makes booking food trucks simple and provides culinary options for diverse customers.

Our Kitchen.

Thanks to Post 108, Chow has commercial kitchen space in Cheverly, MD where we cook for charity events and feed the homeless community.

Culinary Training.

Chow helps veterans/spouses apply for a full scholarship in entrepreneurial and culinary studies at Anne Arundel Community College's culinary arts program. The veteran/spouse receives up to $12,000 to pursue their educational goals.
