At Let’s Chow, we believe that the men and women who have sacrificed for our country deserve the opportunity to enjoy the freedom and empowerment that comes with small business ownership. A disabled combat veteran, Luis Surla used his GI bill to send his wife, Olivia, to culinary school. Now, with the help of Let’s Chow, they have access to a food truck to launch their business this summer.
