Always an elegant affair, Black Tie & Diamonds is the annual gala for the Rotary Club of Annapolis. Each year a local non-profit is chosen as the beneficiary. Previous beneficiaries include the Special Olympics of Maryland, YMCA of Central Maryland, Samaritan House, and many more! See below for photos from previous events.
